InnoRate is one year old! Since our last newsletter a lot of progress has been done.
After the preparatory phase that was concluded at the beginning of summer, we had a clear map of the current state-of-play in technology assessment and financing and the main use cases and sectors of focus had been selected. These results provided the guidelines to start getting the InnoRate platform into shape.
Over the summer and autumn, we have been working on the actual rating methodology and platform’s structure. We have identified the relevant indicators, designed the rating methodology and created targeted journey maps for our different users. Meanwhile, we have also started working on the architecture of the platform and on data integration. This will be customised according to the needs of the users and provide personalised dashboards with targeted services. Finally, during the last semester, another important milestone has been accomplished: we have developed the first version of our InnoRate business models. These are designed to target our stakeholders’ groups and will be validated over the next months.
Now it’s time for the last refinements and we will soon have our first version of the platform up and running by spring 2020. Once the platform is ready, we will test the developed system along with our experts. Two rounds of pilots targeted to the selected sectors will be run in real-life contexts and will allow us to fine-tune the platform based on the collected feedback. In parallel to these activities, investment readiness and match-making services will be offered to the pilots’ participants, along with training workshops, investment fora and e-pitches target to each use case.
What’s more? Soon our official promotional video will be ready and available on our website and social media channels!
We are very happy with the work done and looking forward to the forthcoming months. Keep following us because now things will get more and more exciting!
