Do you remember our article about the Co-creation Workshop organised last May in Brussels? During that occasion we discussed with the InnoRate Advisory Board members to co-design the InnoRate Technology Rating System (ITRS). Here’ s an update: A virtual discussion on the design of the ITRS.
The online workshop took place on the 29th of July. Starting from the insights that emerged during the InnoRate Co-creation Workshop, the focus of this virtual meeting was placed this time on the specific indicators and guidelines that will compose the final ITRS. The meeting was attended by multiple representatives of our Advisory Board, as well as by consortium members, to provide the best mix of expertise and experience in shaping our ITRS.
During the discussion, the participants debated and expressed their opinion about the structure, criteria and indicators that should characterise the ITRS, to best adapt it to the European context. Stakeholders’ input contributed to set the basis for elaborating assessment indicators and guidelines, leveraging KOTEC Technology Rating System (KTRS) to target the different contexts and use cases. The fruitful insights emerging from this meeting will set the basis for the ITRS design and will constitute the backbone of InnoRate’s technology assessment and rating methodologies.
This is, however, only the beginning! There is more to come, including the final development of the InnoRate Technology Rating System and the implementation of the different use cases that will be piloted during the project.
Stay tuned and keep checking our updates!
