On the 28th of May the InnoRate Co-creation workshop was successfully held in Brussels!
The event was organised by Tech Tour Global (TTG), with the support of all partners, in the premises of the European Business and Innovation Centre Network (EBN) in Brussels.
The day started with an introductory speech by Ms. Anastasia Matonaki, the Coordinator of the InnoRate project, while Mrs. Milena Garthley and Mr. Youssef Sabbah of TTG presented the InnoRate Technology Rating System (ITRS). The diverse mix of participants set the stage for mapping experts’ opinions on the barriers and opportunities that could shape the pilot uses cases set up. 20 Advisory Board members together with representatives from all consortium’s partners discussed about the InnoRate Technology Rating System (ITRS) main concepts and its services, focusing on the ITRS customisation.
Four different expert groups were invited to consecutively join the discussions held at 4 different tables in a World Café format, each focusing on a different theme:
- Theme 1: Co-definition of specific pilot use cases for InnoRate Service Platform testing;
- Theme 2: Co-definition of sectors of focus for InnoRate Service Platform piloting;
- Theme 3: InnoRate Platform methodology and practicalities;
- Theme 4: InnoRate Platform Technical aspects.
The discussions were facilitated by TTG together with JC, Q-PLAN, EY together with KOTEC, and ONTO.
In the second part of the workshop, Table Rapporteurs drafted and presented the conclusions of the Parallel co-creation sessions. The outcomes will be leveraged to elaborate clear guidelines for the definition of customised methodologies, tools and services shaped according to the future users’ preferences and needs.
This is, however, only the beginning of the co-creation. There is more to come, especially when the different use cases will be piloted during the project.
