Three years have passed since the InnoRate project started, in January 2019. Now, in our last month of activities, we are taking stock of our journey and achievements.
Looking back at what was done so far, we can acknowledge great results. Based on the Korean technology assessment model KTRS, we developed and piloted a novel European TRS, the InnoRate Technology Rating System and Platform; we set up an Advisory Board and also gathered a pool of established business experts to review and tutor innovative SMEs and start-ups; we formed 15 important project synergies; we organised and took part in numerous events, the European Big Data Value Forum 2021 (EBDVF21) being InnoRate’s latest public appearance; and, most importantly, we enabled investors, tech-driven SMEs and intermediaries to connect with one another, thus facilitating the financing of innovative projects.
While since the start of the pandemic our Consortium was demanded more adaptation and resilience, we turned this challenge into an opportunity and thrived within this “new” setting. And although we had to move our activities – among which our Consortium meetings – entirely online, we still managed to connect, collaborate, and deliver tangible results that ultimately, we believe have supported and will continue to support Europe’s sustainable growth.
