InnoRate’s communication and dissemination activities have accompanied the project since its inception and will run until the end of the project. But what did we achieve over the course of the past 3 years? Below is an overview of our accomplishments.
Channels performance
- 📄 Over 2,000 flyers distributed in-person and digitally
- 🌐 Over 17,500 website visits, 8,200 website users and 33,100 page views
- #️⃣ 4 social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube), over 720 followers and 1,000 posts
- ✉️ Close to 100 newsletter subscribers, with an estimated sensibly larger reach
Project and external events
We organised:
- 8 workshops, co-creation and dissemination events
- 21 pitching events
- 6 matchmaking events
- 2 live investment fora
- 10 investment readiness webinars
- 8 investment readiness workshops
Thus involving over 2,150 participants in our project events. On top of this, we also took part in 35 external events, across 11 different countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Finland, Republic of Korea, Mexico, USA.
Audience
Through project and external actions, we had a reach of approximately 68,362 stakeholders, which were for the most part industry (SMEs, start-ups, …) representatives (44%) and investors (10%). We also managed to communicate InnoRate to the general public (18% of all stakeholders engaged). Hence, we successfully reached our target audience, going way beyond the objectives agreed upon upfront (30,000 stakeholders).
Synergies
The InnoRate project established 15 synergies with projects, initiatives, and organisations all over Europe. Among our synergies, we are proud to count for instance the European Investment Bank, InvestHorizon, European Data Incubator, Big Data Value Association, European Connected Health Alliance, INVITE, ΣΕΠΒΕ, DMS Accelerator, X-Europe, Altfinator, XR4ALL, Go2Space-HUBs, Flanders Innovation & Entrepreneurship, REACH, and BioBridges.
Looking back at this multi-faceted communication and dissemination strategy, we can conclude that our Consortium successfully promoted InnoRate and its services not only to a large audience, but also to the envisaged stakeholders, so to engage different users in testing the Platform, deploying the ITRS and eventually benefitting from the project’s value proposition.
