During the previous semester, InnoRate held its first matchmaking events. What are these about?
InnoRate platform along with prescreening and deep assessment services offers the opportunity to the participating SMEs to access a series of matchmaking events, where they get to showcase and pitch their innovative solution in front of investors interested in their domain.
Initially, these events were planned as physical, but due to the current exceptional circumstances, they went online took part online. More concretely, in the framework of its investment and matchmaking forum, InnoRate held 3 webinars, 1 venture academy, 4 pitching events, while it also leveraged and piggy-backed on 6 external e-pitching events. In total, these events attracted 62 unique companies and 78 unique investors. While, as expected, many of these events are confidential and not available to the general public, some of them are available to view on our website.
Which domains do matchmaking events cover?
Our initial matchmaking events had a focus on space and space-related sectors (ICT, IoT and others), digital and clean/energy tech, mobility, and biotech with view to bringing together innovative companies and investors. Some of the topics can be found below.
