In our latest investment-readiness webinar, we had the pleasure to host Fadi Naffah from Berytech, the leading business and innovation centre in Lebanon. Fadi’s presentation focused three main pillars:
- the different funding stages (seed, pre-seed, series A, series B, IPO) and the criteria that an innovative project and SME need to demonstrate at each
- four main elements that investors look during the first interaction with any venture
- how SMEs looking for funding should present themselves in order to attract investors.
Following a thorough discussion on the above points, a dynamic Q&A session took place whereby Fadi talked about different financing strategies in more detail and was able to answer some individual questions related to investment readiness.
