Here come the good news! After one year and a half of hard work, the InnoRate Platform is ready and awaiting for you to test its functions!
The platform draws on the technology of the Korean Technology Rating System (KTRS) that has assessed over 200,000 SMEs and assisted them in acquiring more than EUR 75 billion. This technology, together with the expertise of leading European organisations, makes the InnoRate Platform with its groundbreaking Technology Rating System (ITRS) bound to be the essential tool for SMEs and investment parties for the whole European economic framework.
What can the platform do for innovative projects, start-ups and SMEs seeking finance?
Once you register, you will be ready to dive into the world of InnoRate.
For innovative projects, start-ups and SMEs looking for funding, InnoRate offers a two-layer process through which companies can quantify their potential, see how they compare to peers and matchmake with investors.
InnoRate’s Technology Rating System (ITRS) will first ask start-ups and SMEs to insert a number of their properties. Then, through a digital, fully automated process a score, called the pre-screening grade will be generated This represents already a synthetic assessment of the technology and commercial potential of the start-up or SME.
After this procedure, senior experts will step up to evaluate hard-to-quantify aspects and provide a fuller assessment of the project, start-up or SME in question. This constitutes the second layer of InnoRate’s approach, called deep assessment. Through face-2-face meetings or web conferences, the experts will provide further insights about commercial aspects that were not captured in the previous stage.
After the end of this procedure, the user will receive the InnoRate Technology Rating System (ITRS) report and will have a complete overview on his innovative project’s potential, ready to be used for the provision of the matchmaking services. In these, users who have gone through deep assessment and have a demonstrated potential will get the opportunity to match with investors and pitch their ideas.
What can the platform do for parties interesting in investing, innovation intermediaries and technology transfer offices?
InnoRate is not just about innovative projects, start-ups and SMEs. Parties looking to finance promising opportunities and technology transfer offices can use the platform to compare companies’ performance through a number of filters such as sector, size, geographical location and others. This can help them identify and fish promising opportunities, especially for companies who have underwent the two assessment stages and have the ITRS grade. Through using InnoRate’s visualisation tools, searching and comparing companies is effortless, minimizing search costs and financial risks.
During our pilot rounds, the InnoRate platform will be free-of-charge. Try it here.
